3. Move about during work hours

If you’re in an office based job, you may find yourself at your desk for long periods of time. Throughout the day, make sure you stand up and stretch to release any stress that’s built up within your body. When it comes to having to speak to colleagues, forget emailing or calling them and walk across to see them and burn some calories! If you’re in a meeting for a long time and feel yourself starting to lose concentration, why not ask colleagues would they mind standing up. It’s a great way to work and helps improve employee productivity.
