6. Set up reminder apps
If you are one of those people who tend to lose track of time when you’re working, there are plenty of apps that you can download to remind you off when you should be exercising or stretching to make sure you are not overdoing it in work.
Whatever exercise you choose to do, we are sure you will look and feel a whole lot better because of it. Just remember when you are carrying these out to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and ensure that you are eating healthy too.
