How To Naturally Ease Stress, Pain and Tiredness

Tiredness

Tiredness and extreme fatigue can make us feel really groggy and sick.

  • If you are overworked and very stressed, think about taking a vacation. Holidays are beneficial for both rejuvenation and relaxation. Often not enough importance is placed on the fact that our bodies need downtime away from the stresses of life.
  • If a holiday isn’t possible right now, consider other natural remedies for tiredness. Makes sure you have enough magnesium, potassium and iron in your diet. Potassium rich foods include potatoes, lentils, green leafy vegetables and oranges.
  • Use the age-old remedy of ginseng to perk you up. Try and get into a routine of sleeping and waking at the same time each night and day.
  • And keep hydrated with eight glasses of water a day.
